Every Thrive & Play Kit is handmade with care.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated. During new product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

• Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are outside of our control.
• Thriving Littles Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

For local customers, free scheduled pickup is available using code LOCALPICKUP at checkout. Pickup instructions will be sent after your order is ready.
