Thank you for supporting Thriving Littles Co.! Each sensory kit is thoughtfully handmade and packaged to order.

Because our products contain handmade playdough and are considered perishable, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for normal wear from play or improper storage after delivery.
• Playdough should be stored in its airtight container after each use to maximize freshness.
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, colors and accessories may vary slightly from listing photos.
